Inbound calls to your Indian DID are typically included; outbound rates depend on plan (Metered is PAYG, Pro is unlimited regional). Through National IT Service you get INR billing, GST invoice, DID procurement, EPABX migration (we have done 100+ user migrations from Avaya/Cisco/Panasonic), IVR design, and SIP trunk configuration if you need to keep your existing carrier.
