TeamViewer Tensor is priced per channel (concurrent session) — fundamentally different from per-agent pricing. A team of 10 agents who never connect simultaneously can share 2-3 channels. Channel sizing is the key cost variable. Through National IT Service you get INR + GST billing, channel sizing analysis, SSO integration, mass MSI deployment, branding configuration, and ongoing service.

Premium (~₹4,000/channel/month) is for SMBs — basic remote support, unattended access, no SSO/MDM/audit features. Tensor adds enterprise capabilities: SSO, conditional access, mass deployment, branding, audit. For enterprises (500+ endpoints, compliance-mandated audit, integrated with corporate identity), Tensor is required. For SMBs (under 250 endpoints, no compliance needs), Premium suffices.
TeamViewer: most-deployed enterprise remote support globally (200M+ users), strongest brand recognition. Zoho Assist: 80% cheaper at SMB tier, less mature for enterprise (no enterprise-grade SSO/MDM/audit until very recently). GoTo Resolve: integrated platform (remote support + RMM + helpdesk), strong for MSPs. For enterprises needing global brand-trusted remote support with full audit: TeamViewer Tensor. Channel = 1 concurrent session. If your team has 20 IT agents but only 3-5 ever support customers simultaneously, you need 3-5 channels (not 20).
