Indian DID numbers (toll-free 1800, virtual local +91 numbers in Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore/etc.) are procured separately at ₹500-2,000/month per number. Per-minute outbound call rates: India local ₹0.40-0.60/minute, mobile ₹0.40-0.80/minute, international rates vary. Through National IT Service you get INR billing, GST invoice, Indian DID number procurement, multi-level IVR design, call recording with retention policy, and integration with Freshdesk (tickets), Freshsales (CRM activity), and Zoho CRM.

Exotel and Knowlarity are Indian-origin cloud telephony with stronger local DID and TRAI compliance maturity. Freshcaller is stronger if you already use Freshdesk/Freshsales — the native integration saves agent context-switching. For pure Indian inbound contact centre, Exotel/Knowlarity may have edge on DID variety and local routing; for unified support+CRM, Freshcaller is better.
