Authorised Absolute Software Partner
Absolute Security delivers firmware-embedded endpoint resilience — the only platform that survives OS reinstall, drive replacement, or factory reset on enrolled laptops/desktops (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Toshiba devices ship with Absolute firmware module). Used by Indian enterprises for asset tracking, lost-device geo-locate, remote wipe of stolen devices, and ensuring security tools (antivirus, DLP, MDM) stay healthy. As authorised Absolute partner, National IT Service supplies the platform with GST invoice and ongoing managed service.

Absolute is uniquely deployed via firmware module pre-installed on most enterprise laptops (HP EliteBook, Dell Latitude, Lenovo ThinkPad, etc.) — survives OS wipe and drive replacement. Activate via license enrolment; no agent installation needed for supported devices. Indian BFSI, government, and large enterprises with mobile workforce (sales reps with laptops, executives) value the persistent connectivity. Through National IT Service you get INR + GST billing, enrolment of your existing device fleet, geofencing policy design, and ongoing service.

Absolute firmware module is pre-embedded on most enterprise laptops from HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Toshiba, Panasonic Toughbook — meaning Absolute can be activated remotely without agent install. For consumer laptops or other brands, Absolute can be installed as software agent (loses some firmware persistence but still functional). Most Indian enterprise deployments are on HP/Dell/Lenovo enterprise laptops where firmware activation works.
Standard endpoint agents (antivirus, MDM, DLP) can be removed by malware, ransomware, or insider threats — and once removed, they can be re-installed. Absolute persists in firmware (below the OS), so even if attacker wipes the drive, reinstalls OS, or replaces the hard drive — Absolute re-installs itself from firmware on next boot, restores connectivity to Absolute console, and (with Resilience tier) re-installs your antivirus/MDM/DLP. Critical for protecting against persistent threats and insider risk.
On laptop loss: IT marks device "lost" in Absolute console. Next time device connects to internet (anywhere globally), Absolute: (1) geo-locates device (~50-200m accuracy via Wi-Fi triangulation), (2) freezes screen with custom message ("This device is lost — please call +91 XXXXXXXXX"), (3) initiates selective data delete (encryption keys + sensitive files) or full wipe, (4) optionally captures screenshot or webcam image for incident investigation. Successful recovery rate for stolen Indian laptops: 30-50% (much higher than without Absolute).
Resilience tier monitors named applications (antivirus, MDM, DLP, VPN, endpoint EDR). If the application is uninstalled, disabled, or corrupted, Absolute auto-reinstalls it from a known-good source. Indian BFSI deployments protect: Trend Micro / Symantec endpoint, Microsoft Defender, MDM agent (Intune/JumpCloud), DLP agent (Safetica/Forcepoint), VPN client. Result: 95%+ "always-protected" endpoint posture vs 70-80% with traditional MDM-only management.
Absolute Resilience × 500 × ₹5,500/year = ₹27.5 lakh/year + 18% GST. Plus implementation/onboarding ~₹3-6 lakh Year 1. Total Year 1: ~₹31-35 lakh. ROI typically comes from: (a) reduced lost-device data breach risk, (b) automated security tool persistence (vs manual remediation), (c) faster compliance audits (always-on visibility evidence).
