Are these prices final?
They're indicative starting prices in INR exclusive of GST. Final quote depends on user count, infrastructure scope, and which OEM licenses you need. We email the written quote within 2 working hours after your audit call.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes — every invoice is a tax-compliant Indian GST invoice from our Haryana GSTIN. Fully claimable as Input Tax Credit (ITC) for B2B buyers.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Starter and Business tiers are billed monthly with a 30-day cancellation notice. Enterprise contracts are typically 12 months with a defined exit clause.
Can I mix and match — e.g. Business MSP for some users, Starter for others?
Yes. Many of our Delhi NCR clients run Business MSP for HQ teams and Starter for field/factory locations. We'll structure it in the proposal.
What if I need a service that's not in any tier?
Almost every engagement adds at least one add-on (see the table). If you need something genuinely custom — multi-region deployment, special compliance — we scope a fixed-fee project around it.
